7 Essential Practices of How We Will Work Together
Mark Nicolson
It was so very valuable to see that several of the leaders in this world are being trained as coaches. So they can spread the message that we can all bring our brokenness to create wholeness.
Ade,
Senior Researcher, Stanford University
We did this important exercise about ‘Gatekeepers’, that is about identifying your own inner critic and inner ‘ friend’. That exercise really showed me how much my self-doubt holds me back. That is an old pattern and I am so done with that! I don’t want to self-sabotage myself anymore. I want to be big, bold and take up space! Now is my time!
Allison,
VP of HR
This workshop had so much dynamism. I have felt so many emotions, had so many insights, was free to express, felt so much tenderness. What was so amazing that there was a container where all of this was held. Nothing was wasted.
I am a coach myself, and to watch Mark and Patrick facilitate and show their mastery of the craft was really inspiring for me.
Todd,
Executive Coach
I was attracted to this workshop because of the title ‘ Fast lane to Joy’. I wanted more joy in my working and personal life. It’s so easy to talk about ‘wanting more passion’, but I had a hard time creating that myself.
This workshop really showed me how a community of likeminded people, and two amazing coaches can help me push me to the edge of my courage, and make joy and passion so much more attainable.
Grace,
CMO, Financial Services
My main take-away was about dealing with conflict. I was very impressed by how the workshop leaders understood people’s positions in a sensitive political discussion we had this weekend. I learned that the person is not the problem, the problem goes much deeper. That’s why it is important to find the root cause when people are in opposition, and check if there is a commonality that will help to solve the issue.
Matt,
Entrepreneur
As a wife and a mother of two young kids, this weekend was ideal for creating headspace to think about the life we are creating, so we can be very intentional about the choices we make as parents. To be leaders for our daughters. It was nourishing being surrounded by a community of people who are in a similar space, finding the joy of connecting with others.
To do this as a couple was beautiful. I felt like I was getting to know my husband again. And we learned a lot of new things about each other actually. I got to see the person again I fell in love with.
Dona and Vibhu,
Parents of two young kids
